2-3cups or more? Should you be concerned 😟

The good news is that a safe amount of caffeine per day is up to 400 milligrams. (For the record that’s 6 cups of coffee or 4 espressos).

It’s not one size fits all though and sensitivity varies for each person or health issues. The good news is that it does contain antioxidants, like polyphemols and hydroxycinnamic acids, fighting free radicals, aging, inflammation and oxidative stress. It helps with our alertness hence the need for the morning one.

Does it help boost your metabolism? well not directly but may help getting you to the gym.

Overall coffee is definitely an OK in my book, keep it good quality and let’s not go overboard.

No need to break up with this over the weekend or any other day for that matter!!
