The Vicky Gomez – Create My Plan is not your ordinary nutrition plan.

With a reputation built over time and qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics, Vicky Gomez has a practical approach to creating personalised nutrition plans that removes the ‘sacrifice’ from choosing to lead a healthy life.

All meal plans are made-to-fit the your unique lifestyle, circumstances and objectives.

Vicky takes a personal investment into understanding what your week looks like to better implement a system designed for longevity and sustainability.

For those who don’t cook, she’ll locate local places that can still serve their goals in health and nutrition. And for those who do, she helps to customise their eating plan and grocery list.

Avoiding a ‘one-size-fits-all’ the Create My Plan program allows Vicky to service her clients in a way that isn’t accessible through other practitioners. 

Vicky offers follow up sessions to her client, and is available for ongoing support and advice long after your consultation.

So, how does it work?

  1. By completing the questionnaire we deep dive into your habits, lifestyle and history. The more information the better we can understand you and personalise your plan to match your goals.
  2. Once the questionnaire and registration is complete you will be contacted by Vicky Gomez within 24-48hours to arrange your first consultation.
  3. Once the consultation is complete, we get to work on creating your plan. The plan is sent to you via email and you will receive a coaching call and notes to set you up for success.
  4. The minimum program will run for 4 weeks, you will be required to complete weekly checkins and measurements in order to track your progress. You will be able to discuss your progress with Vicky on your phone consultation and make any adjustments as required.
  5. You will also receive weekly emails containing recipes, health tips and ongoing support.
